The 2U “S” Pultec – extra peak frequencies and two high shelf boost curves. The Pultec EQP-1S3 has the same wide-bandwidth tube line amp as the EQP-1A3, with modified low-frequency curves, two extra peak boost frequencies (1k and 2k) and two high-frequency shelf boost curves (5k and 10k). Pulse Techniques now builds it with a 16 kHz peak instead of the original 6 kHz, as customers asked.
Why customers choose it
Who it is for
Mixing and mastering engineers who want the widest choice of Pultec curves in a 2U tube unit.
