Return Policy:

We offer a 15-day absolute satisfaction guarantee with a 100% refund for any defective products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund with no deductions or exchange it for another product of your choice. Partial or full refunds are available, and return/refund requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included items, showing no signs of usage. Defective products must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Terms and Conditions of Return:

All return items must include the original packaging, owner’s manual, and warranty card, and should not show any signs of wear or abuse.

Certain items are non-returnable unless defective, including opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, audio interfaces, MIDI keyboards, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, saxophones, harmonicas, pickups, installed items, drumheads, sticks, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, videos, and instruments with missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers.

Return Process:

Refunds will be initiated upon receipt of the returned package at our warehouse in New Delhi and will be transferred within five business days according to banking and payment gateway norms.

Unavailable Products:

If a product you ordered is not available, our customer support department will contact you to discuss options, including waiting for the item to become available or canceling the order. Partial shipments may be made, but you remain responsible for payment.

Shipping Time:

Orders placed on suhavimart.com will typically ship within 2-3 days from our New Delhi warehouse. Another 1-4 days are needed for delivery partner to deliver it to your doorsteps.

Shipping Methods:

We utilize courier services for nationwide shipping and may use EMS Speed post for certain locations.

Safety of Instruments During Shipping:

We take great care in packaging instruments to ensure safe transit. In the rare event of damage during shipping, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund upon return of the instrument.
