15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Our 15-day satisfaction guarantee ensures that you can shop with confidence knowing that if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 15 days from the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange of your choice.

Return Conditions:

– Returns must be initiated within the first 15 days from the delivery date.
– All returned items must be in their original packaging with all components intact, including the warranty card and owner’s manual, and must exhibit no signs of wear or abuse.
– To prevent damage during return shipment, please pack the item securely as it was delivered to you.
– Refunds are processed for the product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
– Products with physical damage must be reported to Suhavi Mart within 2 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
– Opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, audio interfaces, MIDI keyboards, and other products that require registration for use.
– Hygiene-sensitive items such as internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, saxophones, and harmonicas.

– Instruments with missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers.
