A buyer can contact us and cancel the order, before the sent order is marked for out for delivery by the shipping partner. All orders that are cancelled will be refunded when we receive the item back in our warehouse. For any scheme or discount applied shall be null and void for that particular order after cancellation, any cancellation cannot be overturned and the buyer needs to place a new order in case the buyer wants to have the product.

To cancel orders that are not shipped yet:

Just call us or drop an email
Provide reasons for cancellation (optional) and proceed

In case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse to accept it.

Note:

If your order is combined with other active orders from your account and is shipped as a single shipment (common tracking number), then cancelling one order/item would result in cancellation of all the other orders/items combined in the shipment.
For orders shipped directly by the seller, your order will be cancelled by the seller. A refund will be processed to your original payment method by the seller, if the payment was already made.
