Mastering-grade stepped Pultec EQ with an API 2520 gain stage. The Pultec EQM-1A3-SS is the solid-state version of the EQM-1A3 mastering EQ. Boost and cut pots are replaced with 21-position Elma switches (bandwidth 11-position), with full-range progressive-taper steps: 0.5 dB for the first half of rotation, then larger. The gain stage is a genuine API 2520 op-amp driving a Triad output transformer.
Why customers choose it
Who it is for
Mastering and mix-bus engineers who want repeatable Pultec moves with a punchy solid-state flavour.
