The MEQ-5 midrange EQ with an API 2520 gain stage. The Pultec MEQ-5-SS has the same input transformer and passive midrange EQ as the tube MEQ-5, with a genuine API 2520 op-amp gain stage driving a Triad output transformer. It gives exact control of the 300 Hz–5 kHz “power region”.
Why customers choose it
Who it is for
Engineers who shape guitars, vocals and keys and prefer the solid-state Pultec flavour.
