Huge Upgrade from USB Speakers – Amazing Sound and Bass
I upgraded from a pair of Redragon USB-powered speakers and honestly, the difference is huge.
The QR30s sound much fuller, clearer, and more powerful than I expected for their size. The bass is surprisingly deep for a 2.0 system and finally gives explosions, music, and games some real impact without needing a separate subwoofer.
I mainly use them with both my PC and PS5 through my monitor’s AUX output, and they work perfectly. Music sounds great, movies are immersive, and in games like Call of Duty I can hear details and positioning much better than before.
I was initially worried they might be too large for my desk, but they fit nicely and the build quality feels premium. The RGB lighting is a nice bonus and can be customized or turned off if you prefer a cleaner look.
For around €100, these speakers exceeded my expectations. If you’re coming from basic USB speakers and want a compact 2.0 setup with excellent sound quality and surprisingly good bass, I can highly recommend the Edifier QR30.
