The mic is equipped with an internal windscreen to help reduce unwanted wind noise and plosive pops. The integrated shockmount isolates the capsule from mechanical vibrations, effectively minimizing noise caused by inevitable microphone handling. The V7 Switch’s all-metal construction, stainless spring steel mesh grille, and gold-plated XLR contacts offer effective protection from the rigors of live performance and touring.

Unique Steel Grille and Windscreen
The V7 Switch sports a distinctive red and silver metal windscreen that efficiently reduces unwanted wind noise and plosive pops and the mic also comes with an extra black windscreen if that’s more your style. The spring steel mesh grille is dent-proof and corrosion-free for perfect reliability and the beveled edge around the grille is made to prevent your mic from rolling when you put it down, a simple and effective design.
