No customisation for products
We try to dispatch things on time Normally we dispatch in 2 days but we send products after checking them and sometimes in extreme cases when products are not working as expected. We resource them again and then dispatch
We honour 15 days returns only in case of manufacturing defects. Since products are sent after physical verification, we will honour damges when we are povided with valid video proofs of unboxing.
