Casio AP-470WE Celviano Digital Piano

Grand piano touch and sound in an elegant white cabinet. The Casio Celviano AP-470 WE is an 88-key console digital piano with the Tri-Sensor Scaled Hammer Action II keyboard and Casio’s AiR Sound Source with stereo-sampled grand piano tones. Three pedals, built-in stereo speakers, recording to USB and app connection make it a complete home piano.

Why customers choose it

• Real piano feel: Tri-Sensor Scaled Hammer Action II senses each key at three points for accurate dynamics and fast repeated notes.
• Grand piano sound: the AiR Sound Source uses stereo-sampled grand piano tones with natural resonance.
• More than piano: 22 tones including electric pianos, organs and strings, with reverb and chorus effects.
• Classical pedalling: damper, sostenuto and soft pedals.
• Record and review: audio recorder saves up to about 25 minutes per song as 44.1 kHz WAV on a USB flash drive; a 2-track MIDI recorder holds about 5,000 notes.
• Learning tools: 60 music library songs, duet mode for teacher and student, and the Chordana Play app.
• Connect up: USB MIDI plus LINE IN / LINE OUT jacks for amplifiers and recording.

Who it is for

Students taking piano lessons, families who want a proper piano at home without tuning, and teachers who need duet mode – in a white finish to suit bright interiors.
