The Amphion One18X Passive Studio Monitor is the next evolution of Amphion’s trusted One18 studio monitor. It is a modern workhorse designed for professionals who demand clarity, precision, and consistency.
The Amphion One18X brings together a highly linear, ultra-low distortion tweeter and a newly engineered crossover. This delivers improved extension in the highs, enhanced clarity in the mids, and a tighter transient response. The design upgrades preserve the acclaimed translation and imaging of the original One18, while refining its ability to reveal detail, spatial cues, and subtle nuances across the frequency spectrum. Passive and free of DSP, the One18X emphasizes acoustic purity. Its point-source driver alignment, phase coherence, and passive radiator design together enable accurate bass performance without sacrificing speed or detail. It’s built to translate reliably! Whether you’re mixing, mastering or reference listening, the One18X gives you a monitor you can trust to reveal what’s really in the audio, even at low playback levels or in less-than-ideal acoustic spaces.
