Capture the Details
Dual 1″ (25 mm) large-diaphragm condenser capsules capture every detail and nuance of your voice or instrument. With three selectable pickup patterns (cardioid, omnidirectional, and bi-directional), G-Track Pro offers flexibility for any project. The front-panel gain control lets you get the best signal level no matter where you place the mic.
It’s An Audio Interface
G-Track Pro includes a standard 1/4-inch instrument input for recording bass, guitar, keyboard and other line-level devices. Singer/songwriters can quickly record vocal and instrument performances simultaneously, or podcasters can add a sub-mixer to record additional hosts and guests. A Mono/2-Track switch lets you record the mic and instrument on the same tracks for streaming content or on separate tracks for post-production editing.
And It’s A Mixer
G-Track pro includes a full-featured mixer with independent Mic and Instrument volume controls to optimize your mix. The 1/8″ stereo output and high-quality headphone amplifier provide zero-latency playback with direct monitoring mix controls. It also features a mute button to silence input signals when needed, ideal for podcasters and gamers.
Positioned for Success
Optimize your recordings by positioning G-Track Pro to capture the sound source directly. With the unique permanent grip hinges, all you have to do is rotate the microphone to the desired position and start recording.
The Power of Audio
Building an audience for your streaming channel is as much about production quality as it is about content. With the right microphone, you can focus on engaging your audience instead of worrying about whether they can hear you. So when choosing a microphone for your live stream, trust a brand that’s been making them for over 35 years… Samson introduced the world’s first USB studio microphone in 2006 and has been a leader in microphones for live performers, recording engineers, and content creators.
The Importance of Patterns
A microphone has its best frequency response when it is pointed directly at a sound source. For this reason, a microphone’s polar pattern is one of its most important characteristics, as it determines the directionality of the microphone. While there is no “right” polar pattern (only “different” ones), selecting the most ideal pattern for your specific application can greatly improve the quality of your final product. With G-Track Pro, you can easily choose between three different polar patterns, depending on the project you’re working on.
