I ordered 2 weeks back, and got mandolin instead of guitar… then what I got was a damaged one. Come on there’s just one washburn, and that too with this problem 🙄

The pictures don’t do this guitar justice
The pictures don’t show how beautiful the wood is on this guitar. I was surprised at how nice the finish is. The quality of the joints, neck, finish, and fret-board are excellent. The neck is slim and has a satin finish. The strings are a little heavy for beginner. I replaced them with some Ernie Ball extra lights and it made a world of difference. The D’Addarios had a little richer sound but the Balls still sound great and have a much lighter action. The tuning pegs seem a little sloppy, but after the strings were stretched and broken in the guitar seems to hold its tuning okay. The built in Tuner is awesome. I wouldn’t want to be without it now that I have used it. I don’t have an amp so I can’t really say much about the pickups and interface other than that they are well integrated and are not in the way. The hard case fits perfectly and is very nice quality. The guitar came in the tight fitting, heavy duty case, packed inside a light duty box, surrounded by packing, and packed in a very heavy duty box. It would be hard to believe that normal shipping would ever damage it. Mine arrived in perfect condition. Over all for the money that I paid, I don’t think that you could beat this. I am completely satisfied.

Guitar will not stay in tune.
The top of the guitar at the bridge was pulling up and warping. The guitar would not stay in tune. And the fret ends were very rough. Felt like sandpaper on my fingers.
