Not working at all. nothing. Blue light blinks thats it.
Tried with my iPhone, iPad and Mac. Nothing worked. On Mac in sound preferences, I could move the volume dial. When I move the dial to 0, theres a click/pop visible in the sound preferences meter and a red light turns on. If i turn the level all the way up in preferences, the red light goes off and the blue light blinks. But, no audio sends at all. I’ve been using digital audio gear on Macs for 25+ years. Tried everything. This cable doesnt work on my gear. iPhone 13promax(iOS 16.0), iPadPro 12.9 (4th)gen with anker USB-C hub nor with Apple’s USB-C to USB adapter, nor with MacBook Pro 2012 directly into the built-in USB ports. Returning it.

Functional but Not Great
This wire works well to power an XLR microphone using a standard USB port. My complaint is even with sound boosted and set to 200% volume, it is not loud enough to use for discord calls. I decided to keep it for use with music instruments, that is where it excels.

Wrong packaging from the factory!
The description and picture of the item I ordered are correct. The cable that came packaged SAYS on the packaging that it is the correct item–however, it is not. It has a 1/4″ plug on one end instead of an XLR. The packaging SAYS it’s a female XLR when it is NOT. Strangest thing. So I’m waiting to get the actual correct cable
