U just need to connect this mic to cellphone/ tablet/ DSLR using OTG cable that’s it. It’s 1 month post purchase, the mic is either not working on days and if working, it’s giving a buzz sound in the background, texted the customer care and they are asking me to send them the equipment and I don’t know why am I supposed to bear the cost and risk of the same .

This is a great mic if you want to set up your online meeting experience or use it for some other professional use. I’m super happy with this mic. There are just 2 things I would like you to know before you purchase this mic.1. This is a super high quality super sensitive mic. So, it would catch even background noises, fan noise, AC noise and so on. So, unless you have a studio environment, don’t expect a 100% noise-free experience. But yes it cancels a lot of noise. I’ve personally found that turning off the fan and running AC works best.2. After getting this mic, must install the RODE Connect app. It is a must-have when using this mic. Watch a few YouTube videos on how to use this app, but once you get a hang of it and play around with it a bit, you will just simply love the RODE Connect app. With this app, you will get even better noise cancellation and DSP (digital signal processing). The app works great and it’s a must-have.When I first got the mic I was not aware of the app and I faced a few issues like many apps auto setting the mic gain, noise issue etc. After getting the RODE Connect app and learning it a bit, now everything is running super smooth. So, make sure you don’t make the same mistake as I did.

Rode mic is already a well known brand. However, if you want the best in budget, this Rode mic brand will do maximum justice. If you want to experiment with a mic for reel and podcast, this mic helps with some noise cancellation, sound clarity and it is also very sturdy. However, this mic should have had a stand. This can be connected to your laptop or desktop and add a headphone jack for speaking. Even without the headphone jack, you can use it. The sound will be very clear.Downside, it does pickup some noises in the background but while cleaning your audio, you should be able to omit those out. It is obviously much better than generic cheaper mics.

MIkrofony przyszły meg szybko i w super cenie. Zostały podpite do aplikacji i można było szybko i sprawnie nagrać podcast. Mam problme jeszcze z ich ustawieniem na 100% ale to berdziej kwestia miejsca niż samych mikrofonów. Szkoda, że nie mają filtra odcięcia pasma ale rozumiem, że od tego jest model NT USB + a nie mini 🙂 Do podcastów dla gości super sprawa polecam
