Look, it’s a great price for what it does but it’s very very digital sounding – there’s no getting past it. I’m a kemper user and was hoping for a smaller gigging solution but really.. it’s a toy. To be fair it’s cheap enough.

I’ve been using new guitar gear for years, FINALLY got the chance to use the PRIME P1 from MOOER.Ever owned an OG iPod Nano?, it feels and looks just like one!.VERY easy to setup and use. Plug in your guitar/bass select the right firmware if you are using either(choose from the main menu).The simulated amplifiers, cabinets and effects sound very nice and authentic, you can also long press on the effects to change where they are placed in the chain to find the right sound for you!.The bad thing(s).If you want to use the cloud and pick up some custom made patches from people all over the world?, GOOD LUCK. MOOER’s system for creating an account is absolutely broken.If you try to setup an account via your phone number?, you can’t. Because you can’t change the area code.If you attempt to make an account with an Email?, you need to request a Verification number that will be sent to your Email. HOWEVER, You will need to put a space BEFORE the email address you wish to register with and THEN request the code be sent to you.I spent about 12 hours researching a fix for account creation and have now changed my review from 1 to 5 stars.The cloud service is simple to use and browse: Look at uploads in the three sections and click on “PLAY” to test out the patch!, then you can choose to download it to whatever bank you wish to have it.I just with MOOER would release a windows app to build and modify patches!.

Muchos problemas de conectividad entre el Prime P1 y el footswitch F4, se desconecta y es imposible volver a conectar o a trabajar al 100% si no se descarga la bateria totalmente, no hay forma de reiniciar, no hay soporte de la marca, he leido y me han compartido amigos mios otro tipo de problemas, como quedarse congelado al actualizar, no reconocer la cuenta con que se registro, por tanto no puedes bajar presets que otros usuarios han compartido, mucho les falta para ser un buen producto, en resumen mal producto

Amazon US shipped used pedal so I returned it
It was a Christmas present. The box came ripped at the flap, so I looked inside and the contents were haphazard, cord rewrapped etc. I would pay resale value, but Amazon wants to reprocess it, no discounts allowed and Mooer had no interest in the issue because they didn’t ship it. Rather than discount it to a used/resale price, Amazon wants it shipped back to the US so they can relist it as used (I don’t get the logic)… so if you get a box with a ripped corner flap, your unit may have taken a trip to Canada and some place before that and now wherever you are 🙂 I ordered a different item that does the same thing but it’s a portable amp that uses the Sharp effects app that does everything and it shows you guitar tab while a selected song you want to learn plays and it lets you share tones with other people, so it worked out. Better deal, since it’s a heavy duty little amp with endless tones and effects for the same price. As for the pedal – it’s a world traveller 🙂

The audio quality is not perfect, but for what it is, it is enjoyable and useful to play outside with a bluetooth speaker. It has so many effects and features, such as the looper, the pitch shifter (which is fun to play with), the metronome and drum machine. These features and the small form make it a very good purchase and perfect for my needs. I am very happy with this purchase.
