    Great alternative to digitech
My band and I are covering a Rage Against the Machine song and I needed a whammy pedal for it. Now I’m not a huge pedal person. I have an amp that does it all, and I can save presets to it. I did not want to pay the price for the whammy pedal as it’s insanely expensive, I found this alternative which was still a little pricey, but I said what the heck and purchased it. Pretty solid built heavily like a tank. For the price you can’t go wrong. Honestly, it sounds good. The adjustment on it can be a little confusing. There is paperwork to help you but just play with it and see what sounds work. Honestly my only grip with the pedal is that two settings are like a pressure switch and you click it on. The pressure switch activates when your foot is on the pedal and does a good job but it can be a little sensitive but the alternative where you click on the pedal, my foot is very heavy so during the solo I would turn the pedal off. Tried to combat this with not turning that pedal on or off, but I couldn’t do it so I’m using the pressure setting which is still OK but it’s very janky. Overall a solid alternative to not spending a ton on the digitech pedal.

    Great Whammy Substitute
This pedal is not a whammy, but it does the job well with half the spacePros:+ Half the size of a whammy+ Low 9V current draw+ Has a pressure switch option in lieu of a buttonCons:- Does not track polyphonic tones well- Sometimes the octave is active even when your heel is on the ground
