The Daytripper features dual channels—Clean and Drive—each with independent 3-band EQ, Gain, and Volume controls. This gives you total tonal control, whether you’re crafting crystalline rhythm tones or saturated classic rock solos. Easily switch between channels with the footswitch, which also supports two operation modes: On/Off or A/B channel switching. The onboard speaker cabinet simulation adds flexibility, letting you plug directly into a recording interface, PA system, or powered monitor. Whether you’re using it with a power amp, effects return, or straight into the board, the Daytripper ensures a clear, warm, and characterful sound every time.
Designed for full adaptability, this preamp works seamlessly with a wide range of setups. Connect your guitar directly to the input or run overdrives and other pre-preamp effects into it. The output can run into any power amp, FX return of a tube amp, or directly to a mixer or soundcard when speaker simulation is enabled. Add your time-based and modulation effects between the output and amp’s return loop to preserve your tone’s clarity.
