I received a piece with one missing chain handle. But as I can still use the chain i am not considering replacing it and waiting for another few days till it gets replaced. The colour was a bit different than what is shown. Instead of the yellowish colour shown here I got a grey colour there. It doesn’t look bad so I won’t replace it. Product quality is good so I am keeping it.

Though the product seems overall ok the stitching is not good which leads to open seams. I don’t think there is quality check that happens before shipping it. Disappointed.
