The Kapsule has all the benefits of a hardshell case without the weight. The exterior of the bag has a hybrid construction consisting of a polycarbonate back with a polycarbonate-reinforced fabric top and lid. This allows for superior storage space while still providing your instrument with the protection it needs. Inside the case, you’ll find a layer of EPS foam that’s 98% air. This material has excellent shock absorption that will keep your favorite axe safe and sound.
Total headstock protection
At Gruv Gear, protecting your gear is the name of the game. The Kapsule has an innovative headstock chamber that greatly reduces your chances of headstock damage. To relieve pressure on the fragile headstock joint, this case suspends your headstock and isolates it from the rest of the base. By doing so, the Kapsule can take a tumble and your favorite axe won’t have a scratch. If your bass has a fragile, angled headstock that you want to protect, the Kapsule is the way to go.
