I purchased from bajao – seller here on amazon. I was very sceptical before as there were bad reviews. I received it on 12th dec 22. It was well packed with one outer amazon box and two fender boxes. It was all good, no scratches and shining. Even there was no issue like buzzing or high action. Its been one month and its all good. I received no accessory except the allen key ; i think they should atleast give pics.

Got defective product, there is no fender packaging. No protective film on guitar sound hole and on pick guard which means I got a used guitar. Product description is false it is written made in Indonesia however I got made in china. There are few very bad quality picks inside. I have ordered a replacement and hope I get a proper guitar this time.I got the replacement and again it’s a defective guitar, small piece of wood is peeling off at bottom. Finishing is not upto the mark, there are traces of glue around sound hole, scratches on pick guard. Again it’s made in China. So I have no other choice to return it.I must say that this is a beautiful looking guitar and I am Very disappointed with Amazon. Will buy from some reputed store now.

There is a disturbance while playing chord on the first and second strings. Something to do with the bridge height. Didn’t expect such issues from Fender and no quality checked from Amazon. Apparently it started after using it for 2-3 months.

Love the guitar
I bought this guitar to add a mahogany guitar to my small collection of acoustic guitars. Mahogany has a different tone than spruce or cedar that I wanted to experience.First the pros of the guitar:1. The mahogany top has a stunning grain and color way better than the picture.2. The tuners are really smooth and are the best I have used.3. The action is the lowest from any guitar that I have bought and is very easy to play.3. The sound, maybe I should have started with the sound … really great! I love the sound deep and crystal clear and I should say loud. I am very impressed!!!Some flaws I found when checking the guitar:1. On the inside of the guitar on the back wall I noticed a couple of glue drips that are not visible unless you look in the sound hole and back.2. When the bridge was installed not all excess glue was wiped off and some tiny dried glue beads are visible on one side of the bottom of the bridge.3. A tiny piece of white masking tape was at the neck of the guitar right at the sound whole that was varnished right over. I managed to scrape it off with a knife. The finishing flaws were minor so that I still give a 5 star rating. Overall I am more than impressed and I would buy this guitar again. The sound of the mahogany is special and I am very happy to be able to play and listen to this sound. Fender make great guitars! Thank you!

Just Buy It
Honestly, if you’re a beginner / intermediate player such as myself, just buy it. I own several low-budget guitars, and this one is a no-brainer. Fifteen years ago, for ~200 EUR, you’d have gotten a toy. These days, from trusted manufacturers, you get a guitar that sounds ridiculously “expensive.” The mahogany sound is very mellow, which isn’t to say that you can’t make it sound “mean” as well, with palm muting and other techniques. If you like country, blues, rock, then this is your guitar. As for the details, out-of-the box the action is quite low — which is awesome, as most beginners don’t know how to adjust the neck properly. The neck’s width is normal for a Western guitar and lies nicely in your hand. This guitar won’t work against you, its playability is top-notch. As for the finishing, on my model there are some uneven “dots” on the top, beneath the lacquer. You can see them only if you hold the instrument against the sunlight. I take this as a form of endearment, but if you’re a stickler for perfection, it might bother you. To wind up, there’s literally nothing you can do wrong buying this guitar. I also own a Yamaha F310, which is pretty much in the same ballpark. I’d just advise you to not go for lesser brands unless you’re absolutely certain that they deliver. Also, you might consider going for the Fender CD-60SCE if you’re willing to invest in an amp and like acoustic-electric. Overall, an unbeatable guitar at this price.

Was the right guitar delivered?
I consider myself an intermediate guitar player, who has learnt from playing electrics. My favourite guitar I own, is a Fender Jaguar. I tried a few years ago to span into acoustics, when I was offered a second-hand £199 guitar for £50. It’s an Epiphone and I found the action above the 5th fret on that guitar to be quite high, for my office worked-out nimble fingers! Reading the positive reviews for the Fender CD-60S and discovering it had a C-shape, and the fact it was reduced from £179 to £159, I thought I would give it a go.So, first impressions:It shipped in an Amazon cardboard box, within was a Fender cardboard box. The guitar itself, was wrapped in foam padding. Included is also a set of Allen keys for adjustment, and the guitar has one of those anti-moisture silicon sachets inside. The guitar certainly looks nice!OK, so what first? – An Em chord strum of course! And also of course, the guitar has been de-tuned for shipping. So, ten minutes looking for my acoustic tuner.Guitar is now tuned and back to the Em chord strum. Well, it’s got a very bright tone! I recently had a go on a friends £500+ Taylor acoustic, and it sounded very similar. After playing several open chords, I though I’d go all experimental and try some single note playing. The first thing I noticed, is the incredible sustain (Spinal Tap moment!).Next, I played each note up the neck, individually. No dead or duplicate notes! After an hour or two of playing, I didn’t have to retune it.It takes (at least for me), a while to get used to the neck shape from a D to a C from my other acoustic, might be a psychological thing, as my Fender Jaquar also has a C-shaped neck and I have no problem playing that. After having it for a few weeks I have yet to fault it. The only minor dis I have, is that the ‘pick-guard’ appears to be nothing more than just a sticker – Not a problem, and if it does become one, I am sure a cheap alternative can be found.

Best Acoustic guitar for the money
I just got it and it was in perfect condition , setup nicely, all you need to do is tune it and start. The actions are nice and low and the finish quality is very good. If you are a beginner save money and buy this . Not to mention the warm tone you get from the mahogany.
