Buying this mic for the 2nd time. It had a better sound quality than an SM58 but not as resilient. Plz be careful not the drop the mic.The package came torn.The mic appears to work though.

I own 2 TG V50D. these are excellent microphone. I was planning to buy SM58 but my friend suggested to try this and to my surprise was really impressed. Try and you will not regret. Price is high compare to the open market.

Excellent microphone. Great performance.
This mic was bought for general vocal work and stage pick up work and has worked brilliantly for both. We have used it a week of pantomime performance for general pick up and then for solo work on an outdoor event and both were excellent, providing better performance than our other older beyer mics and also our shure sm58s. Well worth the money we paid for it.

Worth a try – it’s a great mic
Similarly priced as a Shure SM58, the workhorse of live performance, this one is worth a try. Sound quality is excellent, signal is hotter than a “58, and my vocals are more pronounced. I am not the strongest of singers, and this mic helps me. I would encourage you to give one a try if you find one at a good price. It’s well built, I’ve already dropped it without leaving a dent in the windscreen. I will try other Beyerdynamic products if I ever get the chance.
