pessimo il servizio Amazon, ultimamente questo è il secondo prodotto che devo restituire perché inviato incompleto
La cuffia è chiaramente mostrata sulla foto nel sito completa di cavo di connessione. L’istruzione all’interno della scatola dichiara a pagina 10: “The DT 100/102 studio headphones are supplied with connecting cable”. Mentre invece la cuffia mi viene spedita SENZA il cavo di connessione.Questa è la seconda volta in meno di un mese che ricevo un prodotto mancante di una parte essenziale per il suo funzionamento, mentre un mese fa mi avete spedito uno stupido giocattolo anziché il plaid che avevo ordinato. Ho anche ricevuto un libro sbagliato. Il vostro proverbiale impeccabile servizio sta peggiorando notevolmente. Un vero peccato.
