Sing A Different Tune
Most guitarists and bassists tune to standard tuning: (low to high) E, A, D, G, B, E for guitar and E, A, D, G for bass. Still others like to detune their instruments for access to lower notes and increased string flexibility. No matter what you prefer, the TU300 can accommodate. That’s because this amazing TU300 gives you 3 guitar modes (regular, flat, double flat), 3 bass modes (regular, flat, double flat) and a chromatic setting. Whether you stay in standard tuning, detune, or tune to an exotic tuning of your own design, the TU300 will get you there quickly and accurately.
It’s Easy!
To begin tuning, simply stomp the TU300’s footswitch. The single-digit LED display shows which note it’s reading and the 11-point stream provides accurate tuning. TU300’s super-bright display panel makes it easy to tune – even in the darkest club! The main Out jack allows you to cut the signal to your amp while you tune, or you can send a constant signal from the Bypass output. The status LED tells you when the TU300 box is activated and the solid electronic on/off switch maintains incredible signal integrity in bypass mode. You can power this pedal with a standard 9 V battery or our PSU-SB DC power supply.

This is the entry level product when you enter a category of tuners which are connected to your guitar via cable rather than the Clip-on types. Other products are at least twice as costly.The tuner is useful for all types of guitars including bass guitar. It can tune with sound or without and has 2 separate outputs as OUT and BYPASS.The mode switch operates between 7 modes for tuning starting with ‘Chromatic’ and ending at ‘Double Flat Down’ for Bass guitar.The stream/cent switch is just an accessory whether to mark the correct note from a central LED followed by trail of LEDs going sharp or flat or whether from the center using 2 arrow LEDs and central LED alone. It is for looks only, works same in both cases.At default the pitch is 440Hz which is adjustable from 438 to 447.Here is where I cut 1 star. There is no information in the leaflet about how to change this pitch. And the both the buttons of stream/cent and MODE are needed to pressed. These are a bit less strong and might break if you continuously fiddle with them.If you get one with a blue LED for power, you will be annoyed with its brilliance. A simple solution is to put a paper masking tape over it.Behringer: please make these switches a bit sturdy and strong and increase value of resistor connected to Blue LED so as to reduce the unnecessary brilliance. It hurts and annoys literally.Verdict: this is primary need man, just go and get one. Find the pitch fiddling literature from MusicTribe’s website only.

Bom mas com limitações
Eu tenho um baixo de 5 cordas. Ele dificilmente pega a corda B e a mi as vezes falha tbm… normalmente eu afino a corda E e B pressionando na 5° casa…. mas se vc não vai usar pra afinar baixo não deve ser problema… a qualidade em si do afinador é boa…
