Avantone turned heads last year with its white-coned classic monitor speaker reproductions, the CLA10s. Now Avantone is resurrecting another studio standard in the Avantone Kick sub-frequency bass mic. Whether it’s the low-frequency belch of a bass cab or the visceral gut-punch of a kick drum you’re trying to capture onstage or in the studio, the Kick and its special 6.5″ white-coned transducer picks up the slack where other microphones fail.
