The heart of the OC18
It all starts with our patented CKR6 ceramic capsule—a single diaphragm version of the capsule found in our flagship OC818. Add in our proprietary Open Acoustic technology, and what you get is vivid clarity and detail for every recording. Each OC18 is meticulously crafted and measured at our Vienna headquarters to guarantee peak performance for years to come— the OC18 is matched paired out of the box with and other OC18 microphone or even an OC818 in cardioid mode. No matter what your next project is, the OC18 is ready to be your next favorite microphone.
