We try to dispatch things on time Normally we dispatch in 2 days but we send products after checking them and sometimes in extreme cases when products are not working as expected. We resource them again and then dispatch

We honour 15 days returns only in case of manufacturing defects. Since products are sent after physical verification, we will honour damges when we are povided with valid video proofs of unboxing. When Customer are not satisfied with products we shall approve the refunds after getting and verification of products. If products are not in original condition we shall deduct 20% restocking fees
