I own several microphones, both XLR & USB and I must say my search for a versatile yet great sounding USB microphone ends here!! Rode has done a fantastic job with the build quality, sound quality, versatility, ease of use & just everything with this microphone, the previous NT USB was a bit bright for my preference & though this one seems to have a little overwhelming low-mid range (depending on your voice) it can still be managed with a 75 or 150 hz High Pass Filter via Rode Central, the best part? You can now save your settings to the microphone & no matter how many devices you use it on, the settings are preserved. This microphone can also be used with Rodecaster Pro or Duo making it just a powerhouse performer. Although this is on a little costlier side but I feel it is worth every penny! This microphone can be used for podcasting, voiceover, calls, youtube, gaming, and what not! Its an essential in every microphone enthusiast’s mic locker!

Too good, found it more than expected. Voice quality is awesome. Very easy to setup. Even on desk keeping 20 inches away it captures crystal clear voice with perfect noise cancellation needed around you. Rode companion app is also working well. Rode recorder is also performing good for mobile recording. I am using it for live streaming and very satisfied.The only con is i needed to buy a very expensive bag separately to keep it for regular use.

It is the mic you never need to upgrade from , but those 2 knobs and a headphones jack are useless 😂 I don’t why they are there , sound quality from its headphones jack is dangerously sharp .

I got the defective piece, I is not working, capturing so much noise while recording I have contacted the service centre but did not get any solution, they kept the product for repair for one week and delivered back the product without any fix, so completely disappointed and now I am hopeless what to do with this such expensive product.
