A light, gig-ready synth that plays pianos, organs, strings, synths and regional sounds – even on batteries. The Roland XPS-30 (Red) is a 61-key expandable synthesizer for performing keyboard players. It builds on the XPS-10 with better pianos, more regional instrument sounds, double the sample memory, eight phrase pads and a mic input with vocal effects.
Why customers choose it
- Ready-to-play sounds: over 1,400 patches and over 35 drum kits, GM2 compatible, including all XPS-10 and JUNO-Di sounds.
- More sounds when you need them: one wave expansion slot (comes with EXP-06 Studio Collection) and free EXP sounds from Roland’s Axial library.
- Use your own samples: import WAV files (44.1 kHz, 16-bit), with multi-sample support from system Ver. 2.00.
- Sing and play: mic input with 8 reverb types, vocoder and Auto Pitch.
- Phrase pads: eight multicolour pads trigger samples, loops or full songs (WAV, AIFF, MP3) from a USB stick.
- Create and record: eight-track pattern sequencer, 128 arpeggios, rhythm patterns, USB audio/MIDI and DAW control mode.
Who it is for
Stage and function keyboard players, church and wedding band musicians, singer-keyboardists, music students moving up from home keyboards, and home producers who want a portable synth with regional sounds.
