Reading the reviews here I was expecting some device making very feeble sound. This was better than I had expected. Amazing for practicing in my hostel room. Not loud enough to perform in front of a crowd but looking at the size it’s a beast. Overdrive is great, clean channel is not very clean but okayish. You can go for this without any doubt if you’re a beginner.

If you like to show off with Marshall buy it if not then buy Nux headphone amp or make you own using the LM386 IC and 1 watt speaker under 300 rs, that will sound better (only some humming you will here with single coil pickups of your guitar)

The amp. Looks great . And plays fine .The clean drive has a lot of gain at vol. 10. Which makes it sound little like a 80’s mild distortion. But common what do you want from a half stack amp.People looking for an amp. For playing clean leads might not find it useful.Overdrive was fine . A little more treble mighthave been apriciated, but it’s good overall .The volume is enough for practicing at home .The only concern I had was that the battery provided with it was not working and it drains out other batteries very quickly so might wanna go with the 9v adapter too.And delivery guy was very rude .

Marshall makes amazing products.I wanted to order this for a while to have a portable electric guitar set up..The overdrive sounds amazing but the clean sound like over drive aswell.I tried adjusting the levels with all type of different settings but nothing would help as long as you please under volume 6 you’ll get clean but above that sound become over drive..I still is an amazing product no denying that..

Nothing to complain about! It does what it says! Gives you a small portable amp+speaker to clip to your belt while you play your electric guitar in a quiet room by yourself. Change the parameters and it’s of no use. More than 3 people or outside of a quiet room and you can’t hear a thing. Also it doesn’t play low frequencies very well. In hindsight what I should have picked up was a VOX portable amp (amp only) and drive that output to good speakers.

A primo acchitto suonando in pulito non sembra granché (forse ho osato poco con il volume), una volta collegato il distorsore fa paura. Ricordavo (visto all’opera anni fa) che era un ottimo prodotto ma mai mi sarei aspettato fosse così potente in confronto alle dimensioni, specifico che l’ho utilizzato solo in casa tuttavia a metà del volume è già decisamente troppo alto per un ambiente chiuso.
