2-in-1 device: microphone and 32-bit recorder with adjustable angle in post-processing.
This is a fantastic device that combines a 32-bit recorder and a shotgun microphone, delivering top-tier sound quality with zero hassle. You simply turn it on — and you can be sure the audio will be great. And it truly is. The sound is rich, full, and accurate. Unlike lav mics, it gives a much more honest impression of the room’s acoustics, which is actually important in many situations.
The coolest feature is its ability to record RAW audio. The mic can record in multiple modes — directional, 90°, and 120° for capturing more ambient sound. Of course, you can choose one of these modes and record accordingly, but if you change your mind afterward or picked the wrong one, you can adjust the angle later in the Zoom app and export a new version of the file. That’s incredibly cool — I’ve never seen this in any other device I’ve used.
As for the build, it’s very lightweight but well made. The plastic feels nice and slightly textured — no visible fingerprints. You can power it in multiple ways: two AA batteries, via USB-C, or through a dedicated power adapter (sold separately — probably the only drawback I can mention).
Overall, this is an outstanding and versatile device for recording voice, instruments, nature sounds, city noise, and more. It’s absolutely worth the money. I 100% recommend it to anyone who values great audio and wants built-in 32-bit recording without needing external gear.
I’m completely satisfied with my purchase — and I hope you will be too.

Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Das perfekte kompakte 32-Bit-Float Setup!
