Protect your gear and lower your noise floor. The Tamrock PC-04 is a power conditioner for studios and live rigs. It cleans the power coming from the mains or a generator before it reaches your amps, keyboards, interfaces and pedalboards, and protects them from surges.
Why customers choose it
- Purifies the power: a proprietary PAF circuit with a dual-transformer design filters the incoming current – much more than a typical surge protector.
- Less noise: removes harmonic noise and electromagnetic interference; a sinusoidal tracking filter removes current-related distortion and radio-frequency interference.
- Fewer hum problems: helps neutralise grounding issues and ground loops and reduces white noise.
- Plug straight in: audio-grade Elcom sockets take your plugs directly, without adapters.
- Works anywhere: runs on 110V and 230V, 50 and 60 Hz.
- Two layers of protection: a built-in fuse (with a spare) plus an internal fuse system guard against surges and leaks, including generator power at live shows.
Who it is for
Home and project studios, guitarists and keyboard players with expensive amps and synths, churches and live sound set-ups that run on generators, and anyone fighting hum and buzz in their rig.

FAQ
Is this the same as a spike guard?
No. It protects against surges, but it also filters noise and interference from the mains, which a simple spike guard does not do.
