S Family Series are made from B12 Bronze Alloy. 88% Copper / 12% Tin

Mastersound HiHats feature a hammered outer edge bottom cymbal, which not only prevents air lock, but creates a lively, fast ÒchickÓ sound and an overall balanced tonal presence. Choose 13Ó diameter for more control and articulation, or 14Ó diameter for a versatile range of frequencies and full-bodied response. Brilliant Finish.

The Zildjian 13″ S Series Mastersound Hi-Hats have a bright crisp full bodied sound. The defining characteristic of the Mastersound line is hammered grooves in the bottom cymbal rapidly vent trapped air for a fast and clear “chick” sound. The S Series is fully lathed, hammered and made from the B12 alloy. Each cymbal in this series is finished in a brilliant finish.
